I love digging deep into the practice of calling in a word with intentional, values-oriented individuals who rely on their words of the year as anchors to guide them purposefully towards their desires and create consistent forward momentum. Using the simple medium of chosen, personal words to enrich our lives and relationships is what I respect most about this practice.
Your chosen word can be a powerful lens through which you see the world. It helps you stay connected to your deepest values as you move through your everyday life.
Together, we’ll use your word to create a powerful vision for your life. This vision can help you make decisions that are aligned with your purpose, build specific skills and create valuable experiences.
These are just some of my values that guide my words of the year. What I’ve come to realize is that good health, rich connections and personal growth are necessary for me to live a fulfilling and happy life.
Gaining clarity around what my values are have been key to knowing where I want to go and through my values, I’ve called in many powerful words of the year. But I didn’t do all of this on my own.
I’ve experienced first-hand how invaluable personalized coaching can be. As your coach, I’m here to be of support and service to you so that you access your own wisdom. Holding space is a skill and art that requires much attention and I don’t take that lightly. While I’ll be providing you with support and tools as you call in your word, mostly, I’ll be holding space as you spend this time on yourself.
Together, we will create an environment where you can retreat. My hope is that you will greet the days ahead with purpose and meaning and end your days feeling fulfilled. It’s a pretty simple recipe and it works!
I believe that coaching should go beyond talking, which is why I’m also including the following:
1. Call In Your Word Private Workshop
For your first coaching call, I’ll guide you through a workshop to help you choose your guiding word, featuring reflection prompts, visualization, journaling and body exercises. Through these exercises, you will also arrive at your core values to strengthen your word.
2. Personalized Prompts & Activities
During our biweekly calls, we will review your personalized plan and create forward momentum through inspirational prompts and intentional activities to motivate you to stay on your path.
3. Ongoing Support & Accountability
I find it incredibly helpful when I’m receiving coaching to have ongoing support in between sessions. I will be doing the same for you. In our time together, I will be available to you via email to answer any questions and provide resources along the way so that you don’t have to worry about becoming stuck.
I have been lucky enough to work with some incredible humans and support them in living their guiding words. Here is what some of them have to say about our work together:
“Dimple is gifted at holding this kind of space and I so appreciated the joy and compassion she brought to every call”.
– Kate Smalley, Word of the Year: Trust
“I was able to show up fully as myself, knowing that there was space to totally slow down for introspection”.
– Georgia Reynolds, Word of the Year: Playful
“Dimple has a way of letting you enter her world and walk out smiling. It was such as gift to be a part of this experience”.
– Valerie Fox, Word of the Year: Alive
