Community

When was the last time you checked in with your word of the year?

Was it days ago or perhaps a few weeks ago? Maybe longer?

There’s absolutely no shame in admitting that it’s been a super long time since you last thought of your word. It’s normal! Unless we intentionally carve out time for reflection, life has a way of passing us by and before you know it, it’s the end of the year and you’ve barely leaned into your word of the year.

And maybe it’s more than just that.

Maybe you’re someone who thrives on collective energy to grow and deepen. Imagine how it would feel to be surrounded by others who love calling in and living their words of the year just as much as you do.

How delightful would that be?

I believe that by harnessing the energy of a like-minded community, you can go so much further than you would alone. These containers, which I like to call Circles of Connection, are designed to increase collective and personal growth within communities.

It’s time for you to fulfill that promise you made to yourself!

You have your word of the year and by now I hope you’ve downloaded the Live Your Word journal. You’re off to a good start!

What next?

What if you could be part of a Live Your Word community?

Come In

A community where you’ll be surrounded by others who are dedicated to keeping their words alive! We’ll meet monthly from June-December 2020 for an hour and a half to reflect on our words, to share how our words showed up for us in the previous month and to create intentions and forward momentum for the month ahead.

Simply put, just the act of coming together once a month to give attention to our words will be…

...healing and powerful.

Join the Live Your Word Community

Research has shown that high quality social connections are what we need in order to thrive. I can’t think of a better way to spend Sunday mornings, with our journals in one hand and a nourishing drink in the other while engaging in rich and meaningful conversations with kind and compassionate people who get you!

We will meet every month from 10:30 am – 12 pm on the following Sundays: June 14, July 5, August 9, September 13, October 4, November 1, and December 6.
